Returns & Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Non-personalised Tidee Cases can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days in unused condition.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing. Allow to air dry fully before storing. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the finish.
