Orders & personalisation

Your order

  • How do I personalise my Teddy Toy Box?

    Choose your colour and enter your child's name on the product page before adding to cart. Names are applied in our signature lowercase style. If you need help, contact us before you order.

  • Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

    Because each piece is made to order, changes may not be possible once production starts. Email us as soon as you can — we'll help if your order is still at the workshop.

  • Can I order a box without personalisation?

    Teddy Toy Boxes are designed around personalisation. If you need a blank panel, reach out and we can confirm what is possible for your order.

  • Can I order a box as a gift?

    Yes. Enter the recipient's name at checkout, use their shipping address, and add a gift note if your checkout supports it. Gift cards are also available if you are not sure of the name yet.

  • Do Tidee Cases have personalisation?

    Tidee Cases are sold without name personalisation — they are stackable organisers with colour options only. Pair them with a personalised Teddy Toy Box for a complete gift.

  • What colours are available for the Teddy Toy Box?

    The Teddy Toy Box is available in six signature Frankie Meets Bonnie colours: Pink, Blue, Sage, Lilac, Beige and Yellow. All six are soft, considered, and designed to sit beautifully in any room.

  • What are the Toy Boxes made from?

    Each Teddy Toy Box is made from quality MDF with a durable 2-pack satin paint finish. They are handmade in Australia, personalised to order, and designed for years of everyday use.

  • What are Tidee Cases made from?

    Tidee Cases are made from sturdy, wipe-clean materials built for busy families. They are lightweight, stackable, and easy to sanitise — ideal for toys, nappy bags, and the playroom.

  • How do I care for my Toy Box?

    Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and soaking. A quick regular wipe keeps the finish looking beautiful.

  • Are the products child-safe?

    Our pieces are designed with families in mind and finished with child-friendly coatings. Toy Boxes ship flat packed with fixings for adult assembly — always follow the supplied instructions and keep small parts away from young children.

  • Do the Tidee Cases stack with each other?

    Yes. Tidee Cases are designed to stack neatly so you can build tidy, stable towers on shelves or in the playroom.


Shipping

Delivery & shipping

  • How long does delivery take?

    Dispatch times are shown on each product page and can vary by item and season. Once dispatched, standard delivery times apply for your area — you will get an email update when your order is on the way.

  • Is shipping free?

    Yes — standard shipping is free on all Australian orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time — stay tuned as we hope to expand in the future.

  • Will I receive tracking for my order?

    Yes. When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow delivery.


Returns

Returns & exchanges

  • Can I return a personalised Toy Box?

    Because Teddy Toy Boxes are made to order with your chosen name and colour, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. Contact us straight away with photos and your order number if something is wrong — we will make it right.

  • Can I exchange Tidee Cases?

    If your Tidee Cases are unused and in original condition, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit within our returns window. Personalised Toy Boxes follow the policy above. Reach out with your order details before sending anything back.


Payment

Payment & Afterpay

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, and other options shown at checkout. You will see every available method before you pay.

  • Is Afterpay available?

    When Afterpay is enabled for your order, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. Availability can depend on your region, order value, and Afterpay's terms — select it at checkout to see if you are eligible.

  • Is your website secure?

    Yes — our store is built on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your card details.
