Good to know
Questions, answered
What's in the 16 Pack?
Four each of Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, which is two full 8 Packs.
Is 16 too many?
For one child, the 8 Pack is usually plenty. The 16 Pack suits two kids, two rooms, or families who want the craft cupboard and playroom sorted in one go.
Can I add DEEP cases?
Yes. DEEP cases are for bulky toys like Duplo and cars. Add a DEEP 2 Pack, or see the DEEP 6 Pack.
When will my order ship?
The 16 Pack ships from Melbourne within 24 hours. If you add a Teddy Toy Box, it's made to order: order by Friday 11:59pm and everything ships together the following Monday.
How do I clean them?
Wipe inside and out with a damp cloth.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $150, so the 16 Pack ships free.
