Where do you ship your products to?

We currently only ship our toy boxes across Australia. We're committed to providing our products to customers all over the country.

Are your toy boxes assembled or flat packed?

As of February 1st, all Teddy Toy Boxes will be delivered flat packed, assembly required.

If you have ordered a toy box from us before, your new toy box will look slightly different from the side and inside, however, the front of your toy box will look the same.

What is the cost of shipping?

$20 flat rate standard shipping.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Toy Boxes will be shipped as per their pre order status. Tidee cases are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping delivers in 2-8 business days once dispatched. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping options.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a refund as needed. All refunds and replacements are at the discretion of Frankie meets Bonnie.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you with the necessary changes.
