Refund & Returns Policy – Toy Box
At Frankie and Bonnie, we take pride in crafting personalised wavy toy boxes that are as unique as your little one. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for our wavy toy boxes once they have been personalised.
Our Toy Boxes are delivered flat packed which should reduce the risk on damage during transit.
However, We do understand that accidents can happen during transit, and we want your shopping experience with us to be nothing short of perfect. If, upon receiving your wavy toy box, you discover any damage, please reach out to us at hello@frankiemeetsbonnie.com. Kindly include clear photos of the damage so that we can promptly assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.
Refund & Returns Policy – Tidee Case
At Frankie Meets Bonnie, we want you to love your purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind; however, we’re happy to provide a store credit if you return your Tidee Case within 14 days of receiving it, in its original, unused condition. Please note, return postage for change of mind is at the customer’s expense.
If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@frankiemeetsbonnie.com with photos and details. Refunds for faulty items will be assessed and approved at the discretion of Frankie Meets Bonnie.
